WBR Group Limited requires all colleagues to complete mandatory e-learning to meet legal, regulatory and internal policy requirements, and to support the safe delivery of our services. Training must be completed within the required timeframe. Overdue training may be escalated to HR and addressed through line management processes. Colleagues are expected to engage fully with training and complete assessments. Up to three attempts are permitted for each module. Where a module is not passed within three attempts, additional training may be arranged by Risk & Compliance to ensure the required level of understanding is achieved.
